Centricity Home is led by designer and founder Deborah Witte.      
Ms. Witte has a track record of successful design projects implemented across the United States and internationally. Her work spans residential and commercial installations, from private residences and multiunit properties to projects for the Four Seasons and Capital City in Moscow, Russia. Commercial commissions include corporate campuses, art galleries, site and landscape, hotels and resorts, prestigious learning institutions, sports arenas, event spaces and building exteriors.

Ms. Witte has worked with leading designers and architects in Aspen, San Francisco, New York, Naples, Atlanta, and Nashville. Her client roster includes prominent firms and individuals across the design and construction industries.  
 
Her design approach emphasizes active partnership with the larger project design team, which includes the architect, interior designer, builder, and their specialty consultants. Collectively, and in smaller subteams, they work through each phase to achieve the client’s objectives. The Centricity Home team focuses on the project’s dynamic and aesthetic components to realize the owners’ goals, standards, and budgets. Ms. Witte’s practical knowledge of building construction strengthens coordination with contracting partners during construction.

She is known for hands-on involvement, from early concept drawings with architects and homeowners through supervision of installations and final field details. Centricity Home’s design process produces inspired, highly tailored, lifestyle-focused homes.
